  2. Weekly Rates are based on six night / seven day stay
  3. Extended stays available during certain seasons.
  4. $10.00 per person will be charged for each person over the base rate.  Children under ten stay free.
  5. Summer rates are a minimum two night stay;  Holiday weekends are a minimum three night stay.  No early check-out refunds given.
