In cooperation with a close neighbor, Golden Pond Resort has access to Banquet Facilities and can provide spacious, comfortable accommodations for larger corporate or activity groups who may wish to attend the Team Leadership Training program offered by the Team Leadership Center inc.  That center is within walking distance of Golden Pond Resort.

Individuals, groups or business organizations seeking to improve their team building skills, to develop their team player styles or to enhance personal leadership abilities can benefit from the programs offered by the Team Leadership Center.

Team Leadership Center has 3000 square feet of classroom and activity area equipped with tables, chairs, over-head projector, PowerPoint® ready computer and a 52 inch screen. In addition to indoor space they have a beautifully wooded 40-acre experiential education area bracketed by Lake Cumberland, a Teams Course, Alpine Tower Adventure Course Complex and a Corporate Orienteering Course.
